Falcon & Singer was organized in 1995 and incorporated as a professional corporation in 1998. It was formed by Ray Falcon and Doug Singer with a simple vision: to provide excellent, cost effective legal services in a friendly setting for businesses and individuals.

Ray and Doug each has a peer review rating of AVŽ from Martindale-Hubbell, which is Martindale Hubbell's highest rating for both legal ability and ethical standards.
