Raymond J. Falcon, Jr. graduated from Columbia College in 1975 and from Yale Law School in 1978. After Yale, Ray joined the New York City law firm of Webster & Sheffield where he concentrated in litigation. In 1982, he left Webster & Sheffield to found the New York City law firm of Falcon & Hom. At Falcon & Hom, he concentrated in the corporate, real estate, and trusts and estates fields. In 1985, he joined Degussa Corporation, a multi-billion dollar, multi-national chemical corporation, as a Senior Attorney. In addition to his responsibilities at Degussa, he also served as Corporation Counsel to the Village of Port Chester, New York from 1987 to 1988. In 1989, he became Vice President, Secretary, General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee of Degussa. In 1994, he returned to private practice in his own firm in Northern New Jersey. In 1995, he co-founded Falcon & Singer. Ray has published articles in Hispanic Business and Better Business magazines. Ray is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Florida and is a principal of the firm. Ray has a peer review rating of AV® from Martindale-Hubbell, which is Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for both legal ability and ethical standards.1 |
Douglas E. Singer E-mail: dsinger@falconsinger.com Douglas E. Singer graduated from Hamilton College in 1974 Phi Beta Kappa and from Columbia Law School in 1977 where he was a Stone Scholar for two years. He then joined the New York City firm of Webster & Sheffield, continuing with that firm until its dissolution in 1991, first as an Associate, and later as a Senior Attorney. At Webster & Sheffield, Doug concentrated in corporate, real estate and oil and gas matters. When Webster & Sheffield dissolved, Doug became associated with the New York City firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan where he continued until 1995. At Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, Doug concentrated in corporate matters. In 1995, he co-founded Falcon & Singer. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a principal of the firm. Alyssa B. Greenberg E-mail: agreenberg@falconsinger.com Alyssa B. Greenberg graduated from Hamilton College in 2001 Phi Beta Kappa and from St. John's University School of Law in 2005 where she was a Charles H. Revson Fellow. Upon graduating from St. John's, Alyssa was an Associate at a litigation and appellate firm specializing in professional liability. Alyssa is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Phi Alpha Delta International Legal Fraternity. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is an Associate at the firm.
Gabrielle T. Bohon E-mail: gbohon@falconsinger.com Gabrielle T. Bohon graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1987 and from Seton Hall School of Law in 1992. Upon graduating Seton Hall, Gabrielle was an associate in a general law firm where she concentrated in real estate and estate planning. In 1996, Gabrielle established her own firm in Boonton, NJ. She worked on "of counsel" basis with Falcon & Singer before joining the firm in 2006. Gabrielle is active in her hometown of Boonton, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Boonton Holmes Public Library since 1998. Gabrielle is also one of the founding members of Boonton Parents of Exceptional Adults & Children, a group dedicated to assisting individuals with special needs in reaching their full potential in school, communities and society. Gabrielle assists the school district's Parent-Teacher Association in training students to become peer mentors for children with life and learning disabilities.
