Since 1995, we have built lasting relationships with clients in which we often have a role that includes trusted advisor as well as just attorney.
And while it may seem, at first glance, that having such diverse practice areas as ours is unusual for a firm of our size, our service offerings have evolved directly from the needs of our clients. We began primarily as a business law firm. Working with closely-held companies, we naturally grew to also focus on estate planning for their owners as part of a holistic view of the life cycle of their businesses. Since the families of some of those owners included individuals with special needs or elderly parents or grandparents, our work grew to include special needs planning and guardianships, and from that, special needs personal injury settlement planning. A similar progression on the corporate law side led to our work with companies based outside the United States doing business in the United States, companies based in the United States doing business abroad, and immigration matters.
Today, as we continue to expand in response to our clients' needs, we also continue to maintain our mission to provide cost-effective legal services in a friendly and collaborative manner.
